History and ethics of advertising in society and culture. Focus on controversies and exemplars, visual and design theory, and advertising processes. Emphasis on digital content creation, critique, and impact on society. Course Information: Some sections may be offered fully online or in a blended-online course setting. A high speed connection, while not required, is strongly suggested. Prerequisite(s): ENGL 160 and ENGL 161 .
